Before he left Tronjheim he was in the Funeral of Ajihad that died in the battle against the Urgals. After the funeral the council of Tronjheim presented the new leader of The Varden, it was Nasuada who was chose (the daughter of Ajihad). Two days after the funeral Eragon, Ayra, and Orik departed from Tronjheim to Tarnag a Dwarf city. They were going to stay there for two days and then go to Ellesmera. When they arrived to Tarnag some of the Dwarfs liked the visit of Eragon but others didn’t because he had a helmet that the Dwarf king gave him. The king of Tarnag showed him a mural and some statues that was the history of the entire world. In the night they made a big banquet for them. In the morning of the next day they departed from Tarnag. While Eragon was traveling to Ellesmera, Roran his cousin was back in their old town. He was being looked by the Ra’zac because they wanted him to tell them were Eragon was.
